Wistari Suites

The perfect haven for couples, the Wistari Suites are nestled amongst tropical gardens on the point, secluded from other guests yet still just a short stroll from resort facilities. Take in the gorgeous ocean views from your private retreat or just relax indoors in air conditioned comfort.

Designed with a strong contemporary edge, the Wistari Suites blend natural colours, modern furnishings and an outdoor terrace complete with a two person hammock to create a relaxing haven. 

Able to sleep two with a king bed, the Wistari Suites are the perfect choice for couples when visiting Heron Island, each offering a fully stocked mini bar, CD player and telephone. Upon arrival guests receive a scrumptious fruit basket as well as a sunset canape platter each afternoon.

Point Suites

Nestled by the beach and accompanied by stunning ocean and reef views, the Point Suites are the ultimate in accommodation at Heron Island Resort. With only two available, the Point Suites are an exclusive and luxurious retreat for couples with each suite offering a king bed.

Watch the sun set from your panoramic windows or step from your front door on to the warm, sun soaked sand which is just meters away. Spacious interiors are designed with a contemporary flare and pure style, combining earthen hues and cane furniture with splashes of turquoise and polished timber details. 

Guests can enjoy air conditioned comfort, a fully stocked mini bar and CD player in each Point Suite, as well as a delicious fruit basket on arrival and sunset canape platter.

Beach House

The ultimate in secluded accommodation, the Beach House is nestled amongst native trees just meters from the beach, yet still conveniently close to the main resort facilities. An exclusive choice, Heron Island Resort offers only one Beach House which can sleep up to three guests with a king bed plus a single bed.

Escape the balmy weather and relax in air conditioned comfort in your spacious living area. Spacious and contemporary interiors are decorated with neutral tones, tiled floors, polished timbers and cane furniture to create a relaxed atmosphere. 

The Beach House offers a separate ensuite and bedroom as well as a CD player and fully stocked mini bar which is replenished each day. Other features include a deluxe fruit basket on arrival, sunset canape platter and a private boardwalk to the beach.

Heron Beachside Suites

Set right on the beach with gorgeous views of the ocean and reef, the Heron Beachside Suites offer absolute beach frontage. able to accommodate three guests, the Beachside Suites offer a queen and single bed, as well as the option of a roll away bed for a fourth guest.

Each Beachside Suite offers spacious, modern interiors decorated with earthen colours to create a comfortable retreat. Separate sleeping and living areas create a villa style design, as well as the large balcony creating the perfect place to relax. Other features include a CD player and large bathroom.

Reef Suites

Offering filtered beach and ocean views, the Reef Suites are nestled amongst tropical gardens just a short stroll to the beach. Each Reef Suite offers a queen and single bed to accommodate three guests, with Family Reef Suites available for larger groups.

Modern interiors blend with the external environment to offer a comfortable retreat for the whole family, with the living area extending to a balcony set amongst landscaped gardens. The Reef Suites are also conveniently close to resort facilities.

Turtle Rooms

The duplex style Turtle Rooms are set amongst the tropical, resort gardens and just a short stroll to the beach. Comfortable and spacious interiors can accommodate up to two guests with Family Turtle Rooms available for families. 

Each Turtle Room is positioned on ground level and offers a deck and large outdoor area to soak up the warm Queensland weather.
