The 152 Hotel Rooms available at Kingfisher Bay Resort are the only air conditioned accommodation at the resort, interconnecting rooms are also available.

The Resort Hotel Rooms can cater for up to 3 people, offering a queen bed and a single bed all in the one, open plan area. Each room is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a private bathroom as well as a private timber deck overlooking the surrounding gardens and bush land. 

A select number of hotel rooms also offer a spa bath in the bathroom which can be requested upon booking. Another unique feature of the hotel rooms is the air conditioning which is not offered in other accommodation at the resort or the rest of Fraser Island. The hotel rooms are located on several different floors through out the complex.
