Moreton Island Surf 'n' Sand 2 Day Tour

Get extreme at one of the world's best sand boarding locations. On our wild Moreton Island sand boarding safaris you can be sure to exceed speeds up to 65kph aboard colossal sand hills, undergoing the adventure of a lifetime.

No experience is needed, just a sense of adventure and desire for an unforgettable two days. Once you have travelled to our base camp just metres from the surf and Blue Lagoon ready yourself to be amazed by its action packed proceedings. When your not racing down the sand hills we will reveal the essence of this fabulous Island, uncover it's history and explore the hidden culture within.

Extreme Tour Includes:

• Two sessions of sand boarding and tobogganing. Day 1 at the "Desert" for instructions and practise. Day 2 at the more advanced slopes of the "Big Sand Hills".
• One night at our permanent Base Camp nestled between the surf beach and Blue Lagoon with everything supplied includingtoilet and shower facilities. Single, twin and group tents are also available.
• All sand boarding and tobogganing equipment is provided, including safety gear.
• All meals, all transport, ferry rates and National Park fees are included within the overall price
• Eco-tours to Honeymoon Bay, Champagne Pool, North point, Cape Moreton Lighthouse, eco-wetlands and our own secret beach. Snorkelling equipment is available for exploring Blue Lagoon.
• Culture and history tour along Eastern Beach to WW2 and aboriginal sites.
• Luxury sea ferry across Moreton Bay.

Sleeping bags are not supplied, you need to bring your own or hire one from us. Rental sleeping bags must be requested when you book

What to bring:

Sleeping bag, towel, swim gear, sunscreen, insect repellent, flash light, toiletries, sun hat, cold and wet weather jacket, sandles/walking shoes, pillow if you require one and for overnight you may wish to bring alcohol and cigarettes. Please keep luggage to a small pack.
